We take our customers privacy very seriously. When you place an order with us, you are requested to provide some personal information which is necessary to process your order.

An account is created in order to get the vital information from you to process your purchase. You can choose to receive emails about important changes to this policy, our terms and conditions, changes to our website, new products, features or services, email reminders of final shipping dates at seasonal times of the year or other relevant information. You can also choose not to receive such information if you prefer.

Sharing your information with other parties
Any marketing or promotional correspondence we do send to you will contain an option to unsubscribe from future mail. If you choose not to use our secure website and send us your credit card details directly, we cannot be responsible for the manner in which you transmit this information to us. However, we can assure you that access to this information shall be strictly limited to authorised personnel only.

Your Purchase Information
We will keep a record of the purchases you make through our website. We may use this data to present you with relevant product choices to ensure a better online shopping experience on our website. If you are unsure about what information we hold about you, please contact us.

Terms of Business

General

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, or Paypal. It is required that all purchases made on website are done so by persons over 18 years of age.

If the Customer decides to cancel an order, the order must be cancelled by contacting Ireland Style before dispatch of the goods. If the goods have been dispatched, the Customer will still be liable for full payment.

All goods are sent by recorded delivery. Ireland Style sends all deliveries in good faith. Ireland Style can not be responsible for any delays or loss of goods while in the care of the Postal Service.

All details provided to us by the customer will not be passed onto any other parties. All information will be kept private. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just simply return it to us and we will refund you provided the following conditions are adhered to;

Items must be returned in ORIGINAL PACKAGING and UNOPENED, with all tags intact and accessories still sealed.Returns to be sent by RECORDED DELIVERY only. Please retain your receipt as proof of postage.

Delivery

If the goods do not arrive or are incomplete, are the wrong goods or are damaged when you open them, please let us know within 7 days of receipt or expected delivery by contacting us on +353 494360165 or email info@irelandstyle.com so that we can investigate the problem. If you have to return the goods please follow the process set out in the Returns section below.

After delivery you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage.

Cancellation

You cannot cancel an order once we have accepted it, unless this is agreed in writing by our authorised representative.

Returns

If you are unhappy with a product you purchased online, and provided you haven’t used it, you can return it to us for a full refund. This should be done within 7 working days of receipt of your order. This is in accordance with the Distance Sales Regulations.

If faulty goods are to be returned to us you must contact Customer Services by telephoning +353 49 4360165. You will need to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) from us. The RMA will be valid for 28 days. We cannot accept unauthorised returns which do not have an RMA.

The goods will be examined on receipt.

Guarantee and Liability

You get the benefit of the manufacturer's warranty in respect of all the goods we sell. We do not provide any warranties ourselves and we exclude any warranties express or implied by statute, common law or of any other kind. We are willing however to sell you an additional top-up warranty to supplement the manufacturer's warranty.

We are resellers to business customers and as permitted under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 we exclude liability for claims regarding the quality or fitness for purpose of goods or otherwise which consumers can make under that Act. We do not accept any liability for indirect or consequential losses or loss of profits.

Terms of Use

The contents of our website is the copyright of Ireland Style or other copyright owners and are protected by copyright law. All brand names and product names used on our site are registered trade marks or trade names of their respective holders.

By using our website you agree not to intentionally misuse it. Our website may contain hyper-links to other websites completely unrelated to us; we are not responsible for the content or practices of such websites. Service on our website may be interrupted occasionally and errors may occur. Use of our website is governed by Irish law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Please enclose your original invoice, and Return card (which will be sent with the costume), indicating reason for return.

All items to be returned within 28 days of purchase.

Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange. You will need to place a new order on website and return original item for refund

We do not refund delivery costs.
